Obama is Japan Attacking Pearl Harbor-Santorum at Tea Party
Saying President Barack Obama has "assaulted the soul of America," former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum urged a Tea Party rally in Westmoreland County today to be a force in this fall's election.

"The future of our country is at stake," he said.

Mr. Santorum was among a handful of speakers who addressed a crowd of about 2,500 people, many on lawn chairs, who gathered on the runway at Greensburg-Jeannette Regional Airport. The event was organized by the Southwest Pennsylvania Tea Party.

-----

"Now it's a different kind of war. Instead of Japanese dropping a bomb on Pearl Harbor, Barack Obama has assaulted the soul of America," he said, "and it's our watch."

3. I'm so glad we in PA finally kicked his butt to the curb
Might be fun to see his butt kicked again if he runs in 2012 for Prez.

15. If he was a D, his carpetbagging rear end ...
would have been strung from a pole by those teabaggers ...

the never ending hypocrasy of these jaggoffs is just mind bending ...

And, yes, Santorum will be a very viable presidential candidate in 2012 ...

9. is it normal for Santorum's young daughter to be crying like that ?
she actually looks older than she is. i remember someone mentioned her age at that time and she was young.

it's not like the family is going to be poor and worry about food, losing their home etc. i can understand older kids being sad. but it just doesn't seem normal for someone young like that to be crying like that.

remember Dodd's daughter during his speech he wont run again. she was impatient and wanted him to hurry up with the speech because she wanted some food. that seemed more like what you would expect from a little girl

i'm wondering what things did Santorum say to his kids to scare them about Democrats/liberals. how they prayed to god to save this country and how Santorum losing would do something bad. they must have said something to scare her enough that she is crying like that.

I would think having to spend the night with her dead baby sibling had an impact on her.

What would really be fitting is if they said "Jibba Jabba Jibba Jabba We Accept You You Are One Of Us"

Edited on Sat Apr-17-10 10:06 PM by FrenchieCat
until I barely come here anymore, cause that's all there is to read round here.

We've gotten a whole lot of new programs and a whole lot of things are going on,
but one would never know coming here. It's sad.

11. Santorum and teabaggers - a natural combination
I hope to whatever deity is out there that this WON'T lead to a comeback of any kind for "man-on-dog" Santorum.

The guy's a freak and was democratically booted out on his ass. Didn't he get the message?

12. Are the Conservatives over playing their hand?......
The RW media nuts have shown a willingness to say just about anything since HCR passed.

I like to think it shows they are scared shitless, and need to re-read The Boy Who Cried Wolf because they are in danger of no longer being taken seriously.

18. I am convinced they want some NUT to go after Obama. They keep demonizing him as evil
Comparing him to Hitler, and his administration to the Pearl Harbor attack?

They are trying to drive some "patriot" over the edge.

29. Santorum represents the fanatical Christian fundamentalists:
He is suspected of being a member of Opus Dei which is dedicated to gaining position of power from which they can launch a campaign to form a Christian dominated theocracy. They probably have at least two members on the Supreme Court. I am not anti-Catholic, but very much fear the radical Opus Dei members who are rapidly gaining control of the Catholic Church.
