1. Its seems like he's kind of fallen off the edge world and been swallowed by dragons. I haven't
heard a whole lot about him the past year.

7. Wow
Only in today's tweeting, I-must-tell-everyone-what-I'm-thinking-at-the-moment-I'm-thinking-it-because-my-opinion-is-so-much-more- important-than-anyone-else's would a post be criticized for soliciting the opinion of others . . .

Interesting.

8. Too Old
I would like to see some one in his/her forties get the nomination, maybe age 50 tops. We need a progressive who is going to be on the court a long, long time. We can't keep having Republican presidents putting reactionary justices 50 and younger on the court (Scalia, Thomas, Roberts) While appointees from Democrats are 55 and older at the time.

9. My choice: Asher Heimermann, because we need a young justice who will be there a long time

10. Well, he seems like a decent enough chap, but when you say "young
justice," it does seem he's a bit TOO young.

Not saying he isn't a good person.

He's just, you know, awfully young.

11. I love Deval Patrick
but, quite frankly, six straight men on the Court is plenty.

I would prefer other perspectives.

13. I would support his nomination wholeheartedly
but there are three or four other names I would prefer.

14. We definitely need African American representation on the Court.
We sure don't have it now.

15. the ideal candidate would be
a 35 year old Barbara Jordan.

Unfortunately, there is no one currently who lives up to that billing.

16. I don't know
He seems more of a go along to get along kind of politician.
