to know. Or maybe they know, but they don't want to talk about it. The conservatives have just went further to the right.

3. According to the media and other right-wing boneheads...

...Justices who acknowledge Rights of the People that aren't specifically acknowledged in the Constitution are "activist judges."

Justices who find shiny new powers for the Government that aren't specifically acknowledged in the Constitution are "strict constructionists."

No matter that those assessments are the exact opposite of reality. When reality clashes with right-wing talking points, then reality must be crushed if possible, ignored if uncrushable.

4. None of the supremes are activist.

If any were, they'd NOT BE ON THE SUPREME COURT, but in trial courts and appeal courts. Its a b.s. issue, imo.
