It appears as though this guy is NOT in the house that they thought he was in... and that he's still on the loose. XPosted from GD as well.

3. I haven't seen any new info on if they know where this guy is at...
not quite sure how they surround a house for a day thinking he's inside.. blasting it with smoke, etc, and then still not figuring out that he's not in there. Don't they watch "24".. don't they have infa-red thingys that can tell if a person is in the house?!

4. it is very disturbing to have a cop killer on the loose, even more when he killled 4 cops
There were reports that one of the cops was able to return fire, perhaps hitting the perpetrator. Do we have an update on that story?
