Who is Dan Senor?

If you listen to his introduction on This Week with George S. you would hear the following (and also see it on your tv screen)

Dan Senor, fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, also author of a new book called "Startup Nation: The Story of Israel's Economic Miracle" with Saul Singer.

Neither one of those decriptions would lead a normally informed viewer to any bias that Mr. Senor might have. Well I did a little digging and this is what I found.

Dan Senor, a professional investor, is an adjunct senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. He was a foreign policy adviser to former Governor Mitt Romney and the administration of George W. Bush. From 2003-2004, he was based in Baghdad as the chief spokesman for the U.S.-led Coalition in Iraq.

Now I don't have a problem with Mr. Senor being given a microphone to speak on TV. But I do have a big problem with him being permitted to do this without any discussion of his role in the Bush Administration and having botched the policies he was now critiquing. ABC owes us better descriptions of it's guests.

I felt like the others on today's show were not impressed at all.
