The White House release a list of those joining President Obama this morning as he signs the health care reform bill:Vicki Kennedy, Ted Kennedy's widow; Connie Anderson, the sister of Natoma Canfield, a cancer patient who wrote to Obama about losing her insurance; Ryan Smith, a small business owner who wrote to Obama; and Marcelas Owens, an 11-year-old whose mother died because she didn't have insurance and who has spoken at a Senate Democrats' press conference.

He will also be joined by Vice President Biden, Secretary Sebelius, Sen. Reid, Sen. Durbin, Sen. Baucus, Sen. Harkin, Sen. Dodd, Speaker Pelosi, Rep. Hoyer, Representative Clyburn, Rep. George Miller, Rep. Waxman, Rep. Levin and Rep. Dingell.
