Steely Mike leads the Republicon Cabal when it comes to being out of touch with reality.

And from Steele's statement, it is clear that Republicons do not consider themselves Americans. I guess like their draft-dodging, pill-popping hero Rush Limbaugh, they consider socialist Costa Rica to be their Homeland
