3. The EO won't stand.
Once President Obama signs the law, it will nullify his executive order.
An EO cannot overrule a law passed by congress: Separation of Powers.

The President will sign it, make it a law, and Stupack will go packing.
Ya don't play politics with a guy from Chicago.
