4. I'm so sick and tired of supposed democrats
here and on TV saying that this bill sucks and that the democrats are going to get slaughtered in November because of this. I saw Michael Moore talking to Wolf Blitzer saying he supports it but it's horrible bill and the republicans are going to win back congress because of this. Listen you fat fuck, I STILL haven't forgotten the damage you helped to inflict on this country in 2000 with your support and stumping for Ralph Fucking Nader. YOU are partly responsible for these wars, YOU are partly responsible for this debt, YOU are responsible for the health care mess that you made a movie about. Do all of us "not as great democrats as you" you know, the "less" progressive and just make your fucking movies and shut the fuck up. You're fucking rich, we here are poor in this family, we NEED this HCR to pass. When your heart goes from being such a fat fuck YOU can afford the doctors fees I can't.

14. Everyone Hates Nader, Sir: Even Nader Hates Nader
But this thread is an assault on Stupak, and other Democratic Congressional Representatives who will not vote for this bill. These are mostly from the 'blue dog' contingent. It does not matter to me whether a person will not back the Party in a pinch on rightist or leftist ground: back the Party, or stop calling yourself a Democrat.

18. no, no I don't
what I DO hate though are liberals who are SO principled and SO far left that they make a complete 360 and end up standing right besides the party ON the right-and then fucking VOTE WITH THEM. Or they make alliances with people like Grover Norquist-those kinds of liberals.

6.  It certainly will be interesting to see
how much backlash the blue dog turning dino, Arcuri, gets in my District with his NO vote on this Historic Bill that will help the economy as well as get us started on Health Care Reform..and let's not forget College loans being more afforable.

We have some intense activists up here who are not taking this lightly.

7. I'm beyond infuriated with some of our so-called "Democrats"
Edited on Sun Mar-21-10 12:13 AM by HughMoran
If you can't support the most important bill for Democrats in 30 years, then you are not a Democrat.

8. That's Fucking Ay Right HM
I've just about had it up to here with these so-called misery loving democrats who are only happy when things are bad and when republicans are in power so they have something to bitch about, to be more unhappy about. Yea I'm fucking mad.

17. At least it's a step in the right direction though Sara
hopefully it can be made even better. Right now it's gone past policy and has morphed into street fighting politics. For THAT one reason alone we HAVE to win, we can NOT let the republicans win this political battle or we won't be in the majority much longer. We ALL agree it could have been better but it is what it is and what it IS right now is politics.

19. Its not ever going to be made better.
It will be weakened by constant attacks from lobbyists for the insurance company before 2014 before the benefits ever kick in. That is political reality.

If the democrats pass this, the republicans will win. The raise in insurance premiums will take any spending money we might have had and very few will benefit.
