Knowing when to quit Congress or get out of politics...when you get
cold sweats when asked to go on a Sunday talk show because you no longer understand the issues.

when you need a staffer to change your ring tone or bring up your eMail.

when you think net neutrality is a UN agency.

When you try to give a stump speech when asked a question by the president.

when a grand jury is interviewing members of your staff.
