4. You're the last person I'd expect saying that.

Because I've been reading your shit for years and you're hardly serious most of the time.

I'll reiterate it in other words: Jim Bunning is a dumb fucking moron. He must have been hit by one too many fast balls during his playing days. That or he fell out of his mom's womb and smacked his head a few times on the way down to the ground.

The guy is a Grade-A Dumbass.

3. Good question! It would have to have been quite a few...
And that would explain a lot... When he ran for re-election, he had a debate by himself.

8. LBJ used to say of Gerald Ford (according to John Henry Faulk)
that Ford (who had been a center for Michigan State football team - at least, I think it was Michigan State) had spent to much time looking at the world upside down ans backwards.

15. That was the line my Dad used to quote.
He really liked that line -- even though he always voted R and loved Reagan.

14. none...
you never let a pitcher on base, and never have to throw chin music-they usually just wave at any outside pitch so they can get back to the bench and put their jacket back on. Jim Bunning obviously doesn't care...I think it was as much of a fuck you to his own party leaders as it was to the dems. He complained on the floor about how he had to miss the Kentucky vs South Carolina (was it?) game last night because of this stupid shit he pulled.
