I actually think I like this blank sheet of paper approach
Let's take it a bit further;

1. How about a blank sheet of paper for everything in the Budget. We spend way too much on military, let's start with a blank sheet of paper.

2. Tax policy, you know let's take a look at the high growth times over the last fifty years and set the tax rates back to those levels.

3. The Bush two fiasco, let's shake that friggen etch a sketch and wipe out everything done between 2001 and 2009, including Supreme Court Appointees.

4. Way too many jobs are being sent overseas, how about we clean the slate, new tariffs on imports, tax breaks for corporations that manufacture 100% in the States.

5. Glass Steagal, NAFTA, MULLIGAN!, wipe them out.

5. Then we will work on Healthcare, and with all the savings we truly will have the best Healthcare in the world.
