You might do some research. Its a pretty illustrious group

HRC is doing a good job. But labelling her "greatest" after one year? Kinda silly.

14. Greatest? Right now I'd say Adams or Seward

Adams for writing the Monroe Doctrine, Seward for keeping Britain out of the US Civil War. Jefferson and Marshall are close seconds. Albright wasn't bad, either, although sometimes I think one of her greater assets was the ability to remind everyone of their grandmothers, and you wouldn't want to do anything to make granny upset! (:), of course)
