I think I twigged on how Obama's working things
Edited on Tue Feb-02-10 10:13 AM by Cronus Protagonist
It's like teaching kids. You give them a task, provide some resources and let the whole situation turn into Lord of the Flies. Then you walk in, wearing a white suit. The kids are both exhausted and also glad to have someone in charge once more. You set everything right again - your way. Everyone is relieved. The kids are brought home, and the man in the white suit is a hero.

Obama is not playing chess, he's acting out Lord of the Flies, and he's playing Ralph's dad.

1. Obama ex machina?
He comes in at the end of disaster and magically sets things aright?

man that is more delusional than hyperdimensional chess. If he can set things right, he can do it now instead of at the end of the book.
