1. Doesn't that sound fun?
But I've ALWAYS been a "gotta make sure I'm using the right fork!" kinda gal.

3. I came home from work on Friday
and had a magazine in my mail that had a recipe from the White House in it with the Obamas beaming and smiling in the pic above.

It's called "The First Family's White House Whipped Sweet Potatoes"

3 medium sweet potatoes 1/8 tsp dark chili powder
2 tbsp butter Pinch of gr cloves
1/8 tsp gr cinnamon 4 tbsp orange juice
1/8 gr cumin 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wrap potatoes in foil, place on a tray and cook until soft all the way through, about 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to cool so you can handle the potatoes. Cut in half, and scoop out insides into a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients. Using a whisk, blend potatoes until smooth and ingredients are evenly distributed, 1 to 2 minutes. Salt to taste, and serve. Serves 4

I made a copy of the recipe and taped it to the box of sweet potatoes that we sell at our co-op.:9
