This is the company peddling this stuff, they absolutely thinks it's ok and are convincing employers to
purchase this products.

You can check this list to see if your phone is on their, here is how this works, your employer had to buy the
software that they can download onto your phone without you knowing and then walaaa, it's all about them logging
onto a computer to monitor your conversation. There is blackberry, iphone, G1 etc mind boggling, if you can't
find your phone, google it.
