2. I figured that Hillary couldn't refrain from going right away.

I heard that she has been very distraught. She had taken Bill there for their honeymoon. Of all the places she could have picked, she chose Haiti. She wanted him to see the need of the people, but also their resilience and the beauty of the land. Later on, she also took Bill to Africa.

Unlike "US demanded lots gave almost nothing". That's very vague while being fairly negative. Leads one to think "troll" right off the bat. :shrug:
