2. Anyone else think this latest "mistake" was not "inadvertent"?

They already got caught pulling this crap at least twice over the past couple of weeks. In those cases, they blamed the purported "mistakes" on their low-level flunkies. I cannot help but think they purposely did this to make it look like they have some incompetent low-level staff. Make the viewers believe the production staff is incompetent so that they don't figure out that their higher-ups are purposely lying to them. They did it to cover up their deceit by shifting the blame to the lesser of the two evils.
