4. I reported five of them that struck me as outright violations of Cafe Press' Content Usage Policy.

But I wonder how many of them the OP took the time to report, since reporting is something of a lengthy process and requires providing an email address. It is my opinion that posting links to that crap without also reporting it does one thing: it provides free publicity for and drives traffic to hate-inspired items.
