Opinion polls showing popularity of single payer?

Some time ago, I remember seeing a thread on DU linking to a bunch of opinion polls that showed single payer as the most popular option by far for healthcare reform. I looked for it again and now I can't find it. Does anyone here have the thread bookmarked, and if so, can they post a link? It's for the benefit of a teabagger Facebook friend who, like all teabaggers, only ever talks to other teabaggers, and so is convinced that "the American people don't want socialism yadda yadda yadda". I'm sure he'll just counter with some Fox Noise phone-in or Internet poll showing the opposite, but due to the public nature of Facebook, at least there's a possibility that someone on the fence might see the data for themselves, and be smart enough to know that all polling methodologies are not created equal.
