1. Nothing there about income tax rates.
Can't determine if it is a flat tax or a progressive (and/or bracketed) system. :shrug:

3. I thought it mentioned that
but no. I can see what that is a point, they are into flat tax on the Casa Particulars. I'm guessing their pattern would mean tax per occupation / activity more than income level. Otherwise they'd have to know more about who gets remittances to be fair in terms of real income.
