Insulza: Venezuelan Enabling law is contrary to the Democratic Charter
http://english.eluniversal.com/2011/01/07/en_pol_esp_secretary-general-in_07A4946371.shtml

"The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) said on Friday that the enabling law, which is in force in Venezuela, is "completely contrary" to the Inter-American Democratic Charter and it is likely that the multilateral organization will discuss the issue soon"

Seems Chavez didn't like this comment.

The reference is in Spanish, the gist of it, Chavez said Insulza was saying stupid words.
