The election triibunal had to flip the turn out numbers to give the election a fig leaf.
"The electoral tribunal said voter turnout wasb] 61 percent, more than the previous election in 2005."

Honduras opposition wins disputed post-coup election

By Mica Rosenberg and Gustavo Palencia Mica Rosenberg And Gustavo Palencia – Mon Nov 30, 1:47 am ET

TEGUCIGALPA (Reuters) – Conservative opposition candidate Porfirio Lobo easily won Honduras' presidential election on Sunday in a vote that has put the United States at odds with leftist governments in Latin America.

Lobo, a rich landowner, had over 55 percent support with more than half the votes counted and his closest rival, Elvin Santos of the ruling Liberal Party, then conceded defeat.

The election could calm a five-month crisis which was sparked when the Honduran army overthrew leftist President Manuel Zelaya in June and flew him into exile.

I wonder if anyone besides us will notice or care.

Too many credible witnesses -- and I read some of THEM were arrested. I hope someone compiles their reports.

4. If they said THAT, we know they can't be trusted on their election results, as well.
Shameless. They are all thumbing their pudgy noses at the world.

Thanks for the look at this latest example of clear treachery.

7. I'd like to know what they vote on. Is it paper ballots hand counted
but the totals reported digitally?

9. I read they had paper ballots with the photos of the candidates on them,
and that the first group of ballots printed had to be taken and have all the ones who withdrew from the election cut out or removed somehow.

Haven't heard a word on how they claim they counted and recorded them.

10. That's right. In another article, I read that their excuse for being late
with a count is that the results were send via cell phone.

11. Who on earth could be slow enough to believe that? These guys don't care if anyone does, really.
They have committed hellacious deadly crimes and thumbed their noses at the world, and no one will do anything about it.

They probably imagine they are the most powerful people on earth.

Cell phone!
