As a lawyer, Brown took on June 17, 2007, upholding the eight Cruceños Youth Union (UJC) detained at a checkpoint by taking the toll collection in Warnes, Santa Cruz.

Representatives of the Public Prosecutor's counsel believe that Brown left the country to learn that investigators had evidence of his involvement with Eduardo Rózsa Flores and members of the organization that assembled irregular.

OTP staff traveled to Santa Cruz, as Soza, not to make arrests of people, "but to pursue other tasks that I have entrusted to locate places, people and phone numbers. We have much work to do there. "

The Prosecutor stated that the arrests will be made by members of the Special Force to Fight Crime (FELCC) from Santa Cruz.

"We are still analyzing the possible involvement of more stakeholders, on the basis of information contained in electronic conversations, evidence that the defense of the defendants objected.

"To access the e-mails and personal information of those who are investigated for the case of suspected terrorism received a court order not to violate the human rights of persons involved in the facts."

The director of research explained that "the terrorist group not only looking for financial backing. It also needed support in the field of arms and military strategy. "

Alejandro Santiesteban, arrested

Betty Yañíquez The judge yesterday ordered the detention in the prison of San Pedro del terror suspect by Alejandro Santiesteban Stroebel, considering that there are sufficient elements of conviction about his involvement in the cell led by the alleged mercenary Eduardo Rózsa Flores.

The electronic records of conversations held by the now arrested with the lawyer Alejandro Cruz and Brown Rózsa Flores elements were inconclusive for the Seventh Court of Criminal Instruction injunction ordering the detention of Santiesteban, a lawyer by profession, a former cadet at the College Military Army, a former soldier of the peacekeeping forces in Congo and Bolivia's brother Lt. Miguel Santiesteban.

At the conclusion of the hearing, affected by the decision of the magistrate, Gelafio Santiesteban, father of the accused, said, "has put aside the servility of the law to serve the government."

The former general said he was obliged to resort to a foreign embassy to achieve a certification that his son was abroad since February 7. "Is this justice that people do not want to come here to testify, to La Paz."

The registration of a chat held between the three, who had exclusive access La Prensa, reports that:

Eduardo Rózsa-Flores (FRA): So are you coming?

- (Alejandro Brown (AB): Sure, so go talk to my friend.

ERF-: This is what I am talking to La Paz, a friend in common, Gelafio.

Santiesteban, Alejandro Gelafio (AGS): I scored, is more, I can make some things for fun.

-AB: Man, this is serious. We are with Gordo, here involved in the resistance (...) and I know I can count on your support.

-AGS: Paratrooper, climber, light infantry, an expert in urban combat, ongoing support, sniper, demolition and explosive, among other things. FTE Chapare, a mission to the Congo 2004-2005, 2007-2008 three missions in April ... experience of combat operations ... nine ... seven non-contact touch.

1. One name that jumped out at me

That is Gary Prado, the captor of Che Guevara and part of the military unit, along with Cuban-American CIA agent Felix Rodriguez, that executed Che in the Bolivian altiplano back in 1967.

Think Prado made general in the Bolivian army but he should be retired by now. He would be about 70 or more years old by now.
