Anyone picked up on the political hypocrisy of the Sonia Sotomayor vs Miamicuban exile sentiment?
Interesting that her full comment on the life experience of being Latin American (a Latina woman) lends experience to her ability to render good judgement is being blasted as racism (reverse racism, blah blah..), but yet when it comes to US/Cuba policy judgement we must abide by the wisdom and experience of the Cuban exiles.

What a load of horseshit the whole friggin hypocrisy is - played out in the RW media, of course. :puke:

Just a brief 2 cents worth of observation. :hi: to all.

1. I'm with you, Mika! Seems like Sotomayor's nomination was a
signal for right wing media/RW politicians to take an inordinate amount of time connecting one stupid thing with another stupid thing and thinking of themselves as brilliant!

5. Bacchus, your interest in what I have to say is kinda flattering . . .
I just wish you could converse on issues without making negative personal references. I have not forgotten you called me a "moron" during the Summit of the Americas and now my connection is "stupid." As much as I am opposed to your political perspective, you will not hear such negative personal references from me.

3. Si! Mierda de Caballo
Somehow that doesn't sound as accurate as horseshit. I think 80% of Cubans in the USA want to see the Miami Cuban hardliners disappear.

4. These are the same burros whose every other word was "hispanic"
at the Gonzales hearings. I remember because the CSPIN host nearly choaked when I told him I was a Latina against him.
