Only thirty-three of the hemisphere leaders, including Obama.
Earlier today ran across where Ortega had said the ALBA nations and other Latam leaders were NOT going to sign. So got curious about who did sign it and discovered that only one leader did, conference host PM Manning of Trinidad and Tobago.
What a slap in the face for the useless OAS, which had drafted the document BEFORE the conference.
Had to go to a Chinese source to find out the information. Did not see it in the MSM reports on the conference, but did see a lot of hoo-ha about the "handshake" and "the book."
Cannot recall when a summit of world leaders ended up with a final declaration that was not signed by the participants. We may be looking at a first.
