1. Why does the video clip begin mid-sentence?

"... Obama viene la misma miasma por no decir otra palabra ..."
... Obama comes the same crap (in order not to say the other word)

" ... miasma (en venezolano significa mierda) ..."

The first half of the sentence seems to be:
"Ojalá yo me equivoque, pero creo que con Obama viene la misma miasma ..."

Aside from Argentina's La Nacion, almost none of the press reports correctly report the viene which is quite audible in the video clip:

None of the press reports the sentence after this correctly either:

El Universal has "... misma miasma por no decir otras palabras eso es lo que yo creo y a él le tocará ..." and Radiomundial inserts some punctuation " ... miasma, por no decir otra palabra. A él le tocará decir lo contrario ..." But this clearly does not match the video clip

So it would still be nice to have a transcript. In any case, Chavez seem to have said something like I hope I'm wrong but I think the familiar crap is coming along with Obama rather than something like Obama stinks
