oh Tsegat - it's starting!
This is actually a good thing, Biden must be making them nervous.
But check this out:

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070914/ap_on_el_pr/biden_iraq_3

WASHINGTON - Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Friday called the Bush administration "phonies" for suggesting a modest withdrawal of troops from Iraq is the result of progress rather than the fact that the U.S. has no more troops to send.

Responding to Biden's criticism, Republican National Committee spokeswoman Lisa Camooso Miller said: "Isn't it ironic that on the 20-year anniversary of Joe Biden's plagiarism flap, he uses the word 'phony'? It's a shame the Democrats in the Senate, along with their '08 contenders, continue to criticize and offer no alternative plan, rather than stand with the troops fighting in Iraq."

=================
First of all she is lying that the Dems offer no alternative plans. Especially to use that line in the same sentence as Biden -
and what is their plan.

But - just as I thought - plagerism is the only thing they will be able to pin on Biden.

I am interested to see how he responds. I hope he nips it immediately.

1. More proof that Biden is gaining momentum

New Joe-mentum? Joe Biden is making a little headway in Iowa, at least in the endorsement category. The state’s House Majority Leader, Kevin McCarthy, yesterday threw his support to the Delaware senator on the steps of the state capitol.

McCarthy praised Biden’s foreign policy credentials and said he sensed some growing momentum for the campaign in Iowa. “I sense movement. I sense energy,” McCarthy said, according to the Des Moines Register. “When you have Iraq as the No. 1 issue and a candidate that is the most competent on that issue, things are going to move.”

Most interestingly, McCarthy used a line that the campaign has been using more and more when it comes to a touchy subject for them - the perception that Biden may be in this campaign more as an audition for a Secretary of State appointment than to win. McCarthy subtly took aim at that, saying, “Given that Iraq is the No. 1 issue facing this country, wouldn't it be nice to have a president smarter than our secretary of state?” Expect to hear that line a lot more from Biden’s campaign.

:bounce:

Altho I wish they didn't use that phrase - joementum. That's what they call Lieberman.

3. This is what I call a positive negative
If the republicans attack you, that means you are a threat. God forbid that they have to run against Joe Biden. You know she had to go out of her way to find out that it was the 20th anniversary. That is really the sign of a desperate party. And then to LIE about having no alternate plan.
