I'm trying to post a picture of Biden in the stickies and I can't get it small enough. I'm pretty computer challenged when it comes to photos.

1. I changed the size of the pic in my photobucket account.

You could always post it here and one of us could fool around with it for you.

It will do it for you.
It won't go to 92 x 92, but it will get it small enough to submit.
