1. There were two or three articles on this that came in my
Googl Biden Alerts e-mail. So people are covering this!

GREAT job by Joe and Lugar! Can you imagine an administration actually HELPING a country in other ways besides giving them weapons and non-trackable money?

I think this is a brilliant approach.

3. Obama signed onto this too.
This legislation so reminds me of the very end of Charlie Wilson's War.

:toast: Bravo to Biden and Lugar . . . and Obama for looking at the whole enchilada (hmmm - now why did a make a reference to Mexican food? :P)
