1. Not sure VI - good question. I'm sadly behind on the climate bill

- don't really know anything about it.

Senate Foreign Relations Chairman Joe Biden (D-Del.) said he is doubtful the climate bill will get to 60 votes this time around. Still, he wants to use the floor debate to send a message to world leaders that they can expect action from the United States in the not-so-distant future.

“What it does do is it makes it clear, there’s a lot of people who want to know we’re not all a bunch of know nothings, hiding our heads in the sand,” Biden said. “It builds momentum, I hope, for a Democratic president to be able to really push and will increase the chances of a Democratic Congress.”

Biden said he plans to offer a nonbinding resolution as an amendment to the climate bill that puts the Senate on record in support of a stronger role in international climate negotiations. It is expected to pass.

3. Great - I'm glad he is doing that!

It won't be much longer before we will be able to get things done in Congress.
