DId I miss something? Our sig lines have been turned off again (happening
a lot lately, which is a good sign in my book) -- but I'm wondering what caused the increase in traffic now. Anybody know?

1. They said a while back that they working on some changes
that could affect the sig lines.

4. My observation is that it's prophylactic. DU seems to do it whenever
there's an evening of election results or a debate. More like "they're" making room for traffic so we don't crash. Progressive foresight?
