Sorry, I don't have a link.
There is a forced birther in our region and she occasionally writes LTTE and recently she wrote a "Guest" column. The topic was the female infanticide in China, but somehow she managed to attempt to blame feminism for it. As if feminism could stop patriarchical attitudes in China, especially when money is involved. (She implied that if feminists could assist women in Ireland leave for England for an abortion, then they should be able to stop what is going on in China.

I find some of the most god-awful stuff when looking for news items for this forums. Some of it I refuse to link to. But I find that attitude you are talking about frequently. I know this isn't the feminist forum, but I think "feminism" has become a catch all phrase blame word for forced birthers when trying to justify taking away the human right of choice. It's an easy word to demonize---many pro-choice women do not identify themselves as feminist. Pro-choice men may not understand feminism at all past the term "feminazi"

It's a typically divisive tactic and not only illogical, but completely offensive. In the case of the LTTE, racist as well would be my guess.
Edit;

Here's a NYT article on abortion in China. It's fairly well rounded, blaming the number of abortions on the lack of sex education and birth control;
