What would Bush have been like without Cheney?

What if it had been a Bush-Powell administration from the beginning, with the Dark Lord languishing in obscurity someplace far from government power? What would such an administration be like? Still evil? Still clueless? Still anti-Constitution? Still in Iraq?

Bottom line--he has surrounded himself with incompetents and croneys, valuing being loyal to them over any other quality one might seek in candidates for the administration--so even if Ch*ney had taken retirement, we'd still be up a creek without a paddle.

of the less reactionary voters to believe that there might be some sanity in the Bush Administration if he were elected.
