I'm curious, cause Frist was under suspicion for his possible 'insider trading' and we know what Foley admitted to. These are still possible crimes regardless of their ties to congress or not. Anyone know??

1. I suppose we can add Tennessee
to the states that refuse to prosecute republicans. We know Florida doesn't....look at rush. If it had been anybody else he would be in jail. Ann Coulter committed three felonies with voter fraud as well as illegally obtaining a driver's license. She has never been prosecuted either. What do you think would happen if Al Franken had went to Florida a forged his address. Just think...

3. I think you owe Tennesseeans an apology.
The state was never prosecuting him or investigating him for anything because his alleged wrongdoing was a FEDERAL offense and outside the jurisdiction of the state.

He is being investigated by the SEC and the Justice Department. Got a beef? Take it up with them, not the state of Tennessee.

2. I tried to find a recent news article
about Frist.

I thought I remembered that he had received a slap on the wrist for insider trading. Nada. He seems to be still under investigation. But that is all I can find.

Maybe someone else will have better luck.
