9. God must have had better
things to do than watch your silly fumble. :eyes:

I really do have to roll my eyes at people who think there's a Supreme Being out there that micromanages the universe to this level of absurdity.

15. They're just so STUPID.
When something nice happens, it was God's doing. When something bad happens, "God is weeping" or some such nonsense (or in this absurd case, "God let me down, after all I've done for him"). Religious people have one simple-minded lens through which they view every single thing and event in the Universe. No wonder they are wrong about everything.

What fools.

14. I've Long Wanted To Hear This...
How many times do we hear an athlete who makes the big play say something stupid like "God's on our side"...as if there's some betting line and God's got a fantasy league team. Of course that infer that the other team was "ungodly". Great to hear the other side for once. Now let's see the fundies heads explode on this one...but then wait a second, the guy's black he's not an "equal" to them anyway.

In his own tweet, he said ... "I was running behind Steve Johnson screaming ... God NO!! God NO!!! God No!! ... and so God reached out his mighty hand and tipped the ball away ... amen".
