Todd Palin To Face Democrat On Dancing With The Stars?
TODD PALIN, the father of Bristol Palin and husband of Republican politician Sarah Palin, has been officially approached to take part in season twelve of Dancing With The Stars, according to Hollywood Life. Just weeks after 20-year-old Bristol made it through to the season eleven final, the show's producers have offered Todd a chance to take part in the forthcoming series.

Dancing With The Stars bosses were said to be so impressed by the media buzz that surrounded Bristol's continual survival on the program, that they are eager to have another member of the Palin family involved in season twelve. A source close to the decision makers say that Todd has been approached by the show, but it is not yet known whether he has accepted the offer. The insider also claims that bosses are looking to land a high-profile Democratic politician or supporter to go head-to-head with Palin. Political commentator KEITH OLBERMANN was reported to be on an initial shortlist but has since been rejected.

3. +1000 Oh would that be great

I'd be tempted to watch! And up to this point I have never watched DWTS - well except for about 2 minutes to make sure Bristol lost.

BTW some Palinites are naming their babies after the daughters. Though few are naming their boys Track or Trig.

"Bristol," "Willow" and "Piper" failed to crack the top 100 baby names for 2010, but Sarah Palin and her daughters were the drivers for one of the hottest naming trends of the year, reports the BabyCenter website.

5. They don't have the balls
Colbert will turn that program on its head, especially if he appears in character.

If Todd Palin is involved, I won't watch.

11. We get 2 infectious diseases Sunday - Palins & Gosselins
Edited on Fri Dec-03-10 08:15 PM by RamboLiberal
Viewers will finally get to see the long-rumored camping trip with the Gosselins and the Palins at 9 p.m. Sunday on TLC's "Sarah Palin's Alaska."

As might be expected Kate Gosselin whines and grimaces in a preview clip of the show as she admits "I never camped for real."

-----
"She's going to be relying on me to protect her," Palin says of Kate.

The two families reportedly didn't quite mesh on the camping trip which seems to be played out by Kate's strained face.

"Come on it wasn't that bad," Palin says at the end of the clip.

make great TV. Hell, I might vote for him/her in early rounds.

13. It wasn't "media buzz" that "surrounded Bristol's continual survival"

on the show. It was "public moral outrage" which surrounded the "obvious rigging" that continued Bristol's survival on of the show. At least one contest who'd scored higher than she did were voted off.

20. Good lord... he's a "star" now too???
I've only seen the show once, but I have a feeling that season 12 will be a shark-jumping experience. People will only be able to stand so much Palin.

Here's hoping she's completely played out in the media by the time 2012 arrives.

And enough with the Palins. If this show runs much longer, the little Gosselins will appearing as "stars." :eyes:
