26. For those interested, there is a book on this type of phenomenon/iconography

It's by a leading scholar of religion and culture, Jaroslav Pelikan, and it discusses the changes in Jesus imagery in conformity with popular cultural memes over the centuries (I hope I am using the term "memes" properly here). This billboard definitely fits with the current strain of macho Jesus informing many Christian conservatives today.

It is a very interesting read, not academese, not terribly long, and I recommend it highly.
