the TSA will kill several over the holiday weekend
people who will opt to drive rather than fly and will be killed in car accidents. we average about 10 deaths per year/per state around t'giving...i wonder how many MORE people will be on the road thanks to the hassles of groping/nude-o-scopes/delay (thanks to groping and nude-o-scopes).

but no one will complain loudly enough or effectively enough to persuade the fear mongering crowd in our gubbermint.

1. This is ridiculous...

If people decide to drive rather than fly, have an accident, and die; that is not TSA's fault. At some point, people are responsible for their own decisions.

2. If so, it will be the decision of the individuals who choose to
drive. Last I heard, he airlines are still flying. I expect the number of people who were going to fly, but who decide not to because of the new screening stuff to be very small. The planes will still be full. Some people will be able to get seats who couldn't get them earlier, I'm sure.

I doubt the traffic will be much, if any, heavier. We'll see how it goes.

6. A Ridiculuous assumption
You can also opt to stay home and die in a home accident. Is that also the fault of the TSA as well?

13. My first thought when reading the subject line was in actual regard to the TSA

and how they mishandle those who are fragile or have medical conditions...

Have to agree with all others here...the TSA is not responsible for those who CHOOSE to drive or take other means of transportation, or stay home and have accidents or horrifically bad events occur.
