Palin aides in Des Moines "looking into office space, other logistical needs for the coming year"

Sarah Palin, the ubiquitous superstar of the Republican Party, has been searching for office space in Iowa, according to a little-noticed report Sunday in a British paper.

Palin is scheduled to visit Iowa Nov. 27. Iowa is an crucial primary state.

"In the course of making arrangements for that tour, two aides organising Palin's visit to Des Moines on November 27 told locals they were looking into office space and other logistical needs for the coming year," the Guardian reported.

"The book itself was widely seen as a sign that Palin was considering a run for the White House," the paper continues. "She has said on a number of occasions that she is weighing her prospects with her family. In an interview with ABC television, she even said she could beat Barack Obama in an election.

"Some of her staff now appear to be putting the pieces in place in case Palin does decide to run."

1. Great News! In a crowded GOP field she could very well go on to win the nomination

2. Dems sneer at Palin's bid for the Whitehouse.
At their own peril.

I am taking nothing for granted in the next election cycle.

4. No, I'm sure she'll do it...
...it's just a matter of how much traction she'll get and how much damage will be done.

And yeah, I'm not forgetting the fact that we are the country that gave George W. Bush two terms in office.

:patriot:

3. Oh - She is running in 2012
The only reason she is doing reality TV shows and being such a loud mouth is to make sure her followers don't forget who she is.

Run baby run.

5. Isn't she overexposed already?
Remember how the talking heads were saying Pres. Obama was overexposed? Enough already with this woman. She has nothing new to talk about or offer.

7. Other logistical needs? Like a candidate?
I know that Autotune can make someone who can't carry a note in a wicker basket sound like an operatic diva. Is there something that could automatically translate Palin's word salad gobbledygook into coherent sentences?

9. Oh Boy,
The circus is coming to town! I'm sure the good residents of Iowa are just about to pop their buttons in anticipation.

Better y'all then my state, NC, but then we have our own circus, in the town of King, where the locals want to fly a Christian Flag on City property that's a Veteran's Memorial Park, but don't want a Star of David or heavens forbid a flag of Islam or Wiccan....Tonights the big debate in King about a new policy allowing for revolving religious flags. Indeed the Circus is back in full swing....

11. They Need A Place With Lots of Head Room
That ego will be gigantic by then (if it isn't already)

I used to think that her ego wasn't that inflated that she would honestly, truly believe she could win...or that others around her would feel that way, but looks like she's caught up in her own press clippings and gonna ride this wild toad as far as it'll take her.

While the corporate media fawns all over here...truth on the ground in that state is she'll face a bunch of stiff competition. Mittens has lined up whatever establishment money Barbour hasn't and there's Hucklenutz and Gnewt battling for the teabaggers and fundies. That doesn't leave much for her other than her 15 or 20 percent dead-enders. The more she tries to suck up the air, the more resentment grows and the sooner her fall. Somehow I get a feeling some GOTB black-op has a bigger folder on her than on President Obama.

So...run Griterella run! Kinda fun to watch someone slip in high heels.
