Well this sucks, one of my cadets, one of the kids i trained
was killed Friday in Tijuana, in a shooting.

No, not in the line of duty...

It sucks...

RIP...

That damn war on drugs at times gets a little too close... just saying.

2. He was 37...
and there is an active police investigation and all that.

I wish I knew, I'd be at the funeral on Monday.

5. I was a Paramedic Instructor for the MEXICAN Red Cross
in Tijuana, I trained him over fifteen years ago. Yes, he went out with me as a trainee on his first call.

7. Then that makes you one of the good guys. I always give when the
Red Cross guys in Mexico are on the street.

8. So do I
:-)

I know this is not something people expect. But we called them Cadets... when in training. These days, trainees.

6. Them are the risks
but you got to ask if any of the people he picked up on a run had anything to do with this? I mean some of the boy scouts we picked up over the years are not exactly boy scouts.
