8. Make your own shirt and print your own shirt. The transfer sheets don't cost that much.

They even hold up well in the washing machine. Just use a light-colored t-shirt unless you get the sheets that are INTENDED for dark-colored shirts. Use a solid board under the shirt, not an ironing board. You need the even pressure and an ironing board is padded so you won't get a good transfer. Slip the board into the shirt for best results and that's a MUST if you are don't two-sided shirts.
