When I get frustrated with the GOP, I think about Galileo!!!
When I get frustrated I think about Galileo. He KNEW that the earth orbited around the sun but was still locked up under house arrest because the church said he was wrong. And I imagine him sitting at home saying “I am surrounded by idiots”.

He had to be one of the most frustrated people ever.

I know I have felt like I am surrounded by idiots when I try to argue with GOP supporters. But if Galileo didn’t give up, neither can we.
We democrats are surrounded by idiots, but we cannot give up the good fight!

1. Funny you should bring that up...
I was thinking today that earth is such a beautiful planet - too bad it's filled with idiots.

Thanks!

5. Einstein didn't have to wait 400 years to be vindicated.
Lets play, "house arrest." :P
