11. I sure like the young SF pitcher, Tim Lincecum -- I've been reading up about him

& am so impressed with his determination, as well as his unique, father-taught pitching mechanics. The SF pitching staff have a unique hands-off policy with Lincecum when it comes to training.

He's already won 2 Cy Young awards in his young career.

Aside from that, we have a lot of Texans on DU & my lean toward SF doesn't reflect on anything other than my admiration for Lincecum. He's the same age as my older son, who was a good baseball player in his earlier youth.

I hope both SF & Texas fans enjoy this World Series!
