Maybe Osama is dead & they just forgot to tell us.
Why has there been no cryptic, grainy video, or dubious audio tape of bin Laden since a couple days before the 04 re-selection?

Can we safely assume the man is dead or forever done with the business of attacking America? Or should we still be terrified of him and his followers?

Is he finally officially irrelevant? Will he be mentioned tomorrow night? We've asked a million times and a million ways about his existence and whereabouts, should we give it up? Our 'leaders' seem to have given up finding him.

I just have to ask, because for a time he was the number one most wanted man on Earth, and I never hear anyone mention his terrible name, except very rarely.

1. No. No. He's definitely still alive
He's just resting there behind the trusty kidney dialysis machine that he lugs along with him as he flits effortlessly from cave to mountain cave.

I'm worried that Santa might be dead though.

4. I think he went from a cave to cushy accomodations in Pakistan...

Where he's being protected, worshipped, and is still busily plotting.

Face it --- BUSH SCREWED UP.

Best response by someone who's listening. All my med friends keep bringing that up. OBL can't be alive with all those medical problems with out serious help.

As far a Santa-deer season might have been rough this year.

3. From Fox News, of all places....
...He died in December, 2001

Usama bin Laden has died a peaceful death due to an untreated lung complication, the Pakistan Observer reported, citing a Taliban leader who allegedly attended the funeral of the Al Qaeda leader.

"The Coalition troops are engaged in a mad search operation but they would never be able to fulfill their cherished goal of getting Usama alive or dead," the source said.

Bin Laden, according to the source, was suffering from a serious lung complication and succumbed to the disease in mid-December, in the vicinity of the Tora Bora mountains. The source claimed that bin Laden was laid to rest honorably in his last abode and his grave was made as per his Wahabi belief.

About 30 close associates of bin Laden in Al Qaeda, including his most trusted and personal bodyguards, his family members and some "Taliban friends," attended the funeral rites. A volley of bullets was also fired to pay final tribute to the "great leader."

The Taliban source who claims to have seen bin Laden's face before burial said "he looked pale ... but calm, relaxed and confident."

7. I thought they hung Osama Hussein...
He hid all that anthrax in the trunk of a sniper's car in Yellow Cake, Nigeria, or something like that.
