..............

This site is fantastic! It has articles on it with links and videos from all around the country! I encourage anyone that has been foreclosed on or knows of someone that has or may be in the future to check this out! It has current litigation links and up to date information.

Thanks to whomever put this together - :yourock:

2. Now, that is a butt-ugly website.
If you know who created it, email them and tell them that the early 90s called and said they want their garish web design back.

Uff da!

4. It isn't the look of it but the facts from it - I don't know if you were being facetious but I
personally could give a damn about what it looks like!

10. According to the whois registry,
It's someone named Jack Wright, from Dallas, TX. In doing a little research, I find this:

"Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 21, 2006

Lawyers for Robert John "Jack" Wright are due to appear in a Dallas court for the start of a jury trial in which Jack Wright is accused of reneging on a one-sided December 2004 settlement agreement in which EMC Mortgage Company ("EMC") now alleges claims for possession of Wright's home of over 19 years and hundreds of thousands in trumped up charges of over $200,000 in alleged rent and legal fees allegedly incurred after another Texas judge refused to recognize EMC's so-called agreement, and ordered the parties back to trial. The present suit was filed on March 18, 2005 in the 14th District Court for Dallas County, Texas under the caption EMC Mortgage Company v. Wright, No. 05-02652-A. (the '05 Case)."

Could be the same person, I'm thinking. I can't be 100% positive, but it seems likely.

9. Great source of information for everyone. Not just those in foreclosure.
Good detail of the sleight of hand banks will pull even if you are current on all your payments and have plenty of equity.

Some of the info will come as a news flash for the naive: servicers can strip your equity through fees and try to corner you into a foreclosure situation even if you believe you are not at risk. Great read.
