I don't agree with everyone on every issue, but I do appreciate knowing your thoughts and your willingness to express them. It's fine to just read and comment, but for those who go to the trouble to compose an original post, kudos.

For as long as I have been here, 9 yrs+, I don't have a huge post count, but I read here every day, several times a day.

Let me say my world would be worse off without DU. For me, it's the one bright light in the dark sea we call politics.

It's like back in 2001, the admins said "Let there be light"....and there was light! That light's been on for damn near 10 yrs now!

Been here from the beginning and don't have a hugh post count...but read almost every day.
And in a way this is my sanity sancturary...where I can come and find others that think a lot like me or not but teach me new ways of thinking...it is invaluable to me to have this place.

8. At some point, I've disagreed with everyone on this board--and the next

moment jumping up and yelling "yay" from my chair to the same DUer on a different issue. And I've learned PLENTY and changed my mind about some things, even.

I live in the 6th Circle of Red State Hell (Maricopa County, AZ). This place is like spa vacation for me--I'm not kidding.
