The Sunday Talking Heads Shows were from Hell this a.m. !

Switching channels it seemed only Schieffer's show focused on Gonzalez...Snuffy tried to trash Pelosi using smears from Leon Panetta, (saying something about her not being a strong leader or strong enought to lead) and the RW against Pelosi's decisions and trashing of Jack Murtha over something I don't even know what it's about. My impression is that Rahm Emmanuel (DLC) is out to get Pelosi. Setting up a speaker change for '08 or sooner with the "long knives" of our own Party.

Russert might have had something but I didn't stick with it long enough and CNN Sunday with John King had more blather from Iraqi ambassadors and War, War, War.

It was pretty bleak. Even Christina Vandenhueval was drowned out by Fareed Zakaria and the twerp on ABC.

Our country is going down the Tubes and the "Corporate Media" drones on making no sense at all to anyone who is a political junkie or the average viewer.....unless they are total RW Wark Hawk Bush bots. :grr: Maybe I missed something by switching channels and if anyone saw better...please post what you heard.

1. I think Katrina vanden Heuval did fine... she got Will's goat..
especially her last comment, which really was the last word. But, I tuned in late--only for the round table... Was Carter on This Week, earlier?

2. When Dodd grabbed Newt's hand and said something about putting him on the ticket
I about threw up. :puke: I gave up and went outside for some clean (as clean as it can be with Bush in office) air for a while.

4. PowerDems will replace Pelosi with Emanuel and replace Dean with McAuliffe or Ford.

5. Even though it shouldn't
It still amazes me how other worldly televised news media is. News/talk shows are like being lost in some fantasyland.
