I tried and tried, and then the phone rang, for a long time, then a busy signal.

Am I being paranoid by wondering if repuke callers ever have the same experience?

I don't know about WJ but many phone in shows do not allow calls from cell phones

And I have gotten through before, but it's been a long time.

5. They've done that to me half a dozen times.

I've just stopped calling. But I had waited for someone to hang up from the Dem line...dialed as if it were a radio contest, all but the last number as the current caller was winding down. The first time it rang I was stoked! Woo hoo, made it...but no. It just rang and rang and rang and finally went dead. They've done this to me at least six time. I finally realized the whole thing is likely rigged anyway and just stopped. Obviously they prefer to have hicks with thick southern drawls who just want to sing the praises of our glorious leader.

6. Same thing happened to me last Sunday

I have never gotten through on the Democrat line. Only time I have ever been able to get through was when I called the Independent number.

But just because I's sort of anal about it, I refer to the line I call in as "Democratic." e-mail has worked for me more often as of late,
