Is anyone else being nickel and dimed by their insurance company?

My benefits through my pension just switched from United to Cigna. A regular cholesterol test with United was no additional charge. I paid the regular co pay and they handled the cost of the testing. Now Cigna wants me to pay a balance of twenty six dollars. It is not a lot of money but it is the principle of the thing. My cpap supplies were covered 100%. Now I am receiving a bill for eighteen dollars. I chose the highest option of the insurance plan and the co pays immediately increased. Is this how they throw temper tantrum about Obama care?
2. Yes. I have CIGNA insurance and it sucks. I've had several major
surgeries and it's a wonder I'm not broke. The head of CIGNA was just in Washington attending around table meeting of CEO's. They met with Rahm Emanual and then with other US Senators. I would love to be the fly on the wall as the health insurance middle men talk about how they were going to ensure they receive a huge chunk of cash when people get sick or die.
We have a small company plan that we were able to keep because of some tax breaks under HCR but know Blue Cross will nickel and dime away the savings. They are ruthless. Hopefully we can get by for a couple of more years.
